Bahamas Bowl this year won’t be in the Bahamas. Location is currently TBD, but the usual stadium is going to be under construction and unavailable this year.

Clearly I forgot how to read for a second there. Either way, I'd assume the Bahamas bowl will be in Florida or a warm, sunny location, so my point still stands.

Is there a bowl pecking order for mac teams anymore? Was usually a lot more simple when we only had 2 or 3 bowl ties

Bahamas Bowl will be played at 2:30pm on Monday, December 18 in Charlotte.

It's usually a joint effort between the bowl organizers, the conferences, and the schools to find the right fit. Ticket sales, ease of travel, matchup quality for TV are usually at the top of the list.

This would be a very doable trip from Baltimore for me. I know which bowl I'm rooting for now.
