vs. Buffalo (11/1)

Our Falcons (3-5 overall, 1-3 MAC) next return home to the Doyt to take on the Buffalo Bulls (4-4 overall, 3-1 MAC) on Saturday, November 1st. The game will kick off at 12:00pm, our 6th straight noon game. It will be streaming on ESPN+, and it will be both Senior Day and Military Appreciation Day.
Gonna be a tough one. We need to be much better than we have been in the past few weeks to have a shot in this one. The line I see is BG as a 2.5 point favorite, so a pretty thin margin for error in this one if we hope to get the win.
Go Falcons! Beat Buffalo.

If anyone wants to attend the university is offering free tickets for season ticket holders. I've got two I could use, DM me if interested.

Bad PI call and then worse run D and it’s already 7-0 Bulls.

Has this team given up? The entire offensive line stood straight up and down on that 4th down try.

If nothing else good happens this season, at least it looks like we have a legitimate star running back in Dendy.

Legitimate question since I haven’t seen them in person: are the BG wide receivers really this bad? Pyne has tons of time and seems to be going through progressions well, but has no one to throw to.

Man we are going from awful to worse. Not a good sign for this staff but I don’t think we can gauge anything until next year. We really don’t have the players needed to compete. We have a really bad talent issue.

Seeing the depth chart and how many injuries there are, I’m definitely giving up on this season but not on the staff. Next year will tell us what we need to know.

Totally agree. Unfortunate that we’re bad this year, but there were a gazillion guys that graduated or left and this staff got here in March. I’ll give them a full offseason (and a real crack at the transfer portal) to build a roster for next season before I judge. Just thankful we smacked Toledo again.

I don’t think it makes a big difference on the scoreboard, but that’s two balls I think were clear catches ruled incomplete for BG.

Two separate 4th and 1s and can't convert on either. Awful football.

This was one of candidates mentioned when BGSU let Urban Meyer pick the next coach

That's 829 yards in one game. Might not equal Pudge like impressions, but would be much better football to watch.
