Thought y'all might be interested in a cool little item I received for as a present for tailgating. Meijer has bottle coolies that are in the shape of football jersey tops and are in the style of our new uniforms. Pretty cool and only a few bucks. Certain to keep your frosty beverages frosty this football season. . . .

Re: NEW Jersey Coolies At Meijer
I meant to post this the other day. The new Meijer in Perrysburg (Rossford) has NO BGSU parephenalie what-so-ever!! They have OSU, Michigan and Toledo stuff. I asked to talk to their purchasing department, but I was there over my lunch hour and apparently their purchasers were on lunch too.Dayons_Den wrote:Thought y'all might be interested in a cool little item I received for as a present for tailgating. Kroger's got stuff, too!
Kroger has a soft, collapsable wastebasket (but it is lined and looks like it would work great for a tailgate cooler!!) that is orange with the Brown Falcon head on it! I saw them last night, very cool!! 8) I plan on getting one this weekend! I will also head over to Meijer and check out their stuff as well!! Awesome to see the retail stores carrying Falcon stuff!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

BG Beer Jerseys
Yeah, I've got two of these things. I've got one Chicago Bears, and one BG jersey, and my roomates and I love them. IMO, it was 3 very well spent dollars. In addition, you could go overboard buying these things, and have your very own Bud Bowl. Thats all for now, Jeff
Re: BG Beer Jerseys
I still couldn't believe that when you showed me but they are definitely awesome! The only problem I noticed is that unless you got a tight grip on it, the beer could be hitting the ground.bgmaggot00 wrote:Yeah, I've got two of these things. i looked too and couldnt find them. we asked the lady at the register and she called someone up and said that they were bringing me one... after waiting for about 10 minutes... no one had showed up yet so we just decided to take off and look another day. jeff told me they were around the pop/beer area... however the lady at the register said they're located with the other BG general merch near the toy/sporting goods. i'm hoping to get back there and find one.
