SPRING GAME!!!

Post by Warthog »

Make your plans. The Falcons will begin spring practice March 24. The spring game has been scheduled for Saturday, April 16 starting at noon. Can't get here soon enough! :partyman: :supz: 8)

Hopefully it will be moved back into the stadium this year. I didn't like them having it on the practice fields...

I hope the game gets moved back into the stadium too, it just gives you more of a football feeling. I can't wait to go to the spring game.

Didn't they move it to the practice field for the weather?

Yeah they did move to the practice field because of a lot of rain. Let's hope for sunny skies and warm weather. :prayer:

The spring game will probably be my last time seeing the team until Boise. If I'm in grad school in Arizona as I hope to be, I'm road trippin' it up to Idaho!!! I don't think I'll get to make it to Madison, though...

FYI: This is also the same day as the hockey banquet (starts at 3:30). More information coming. (For those of you who are hockey fans reading the football forum....)
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."
