Browns trade for Dilfer

Harris moves back to 3rd string.
And as for the Dilfer signing I am really happy. As a Bengals fan I am really heppy. Kid has not started more than 8 games since 1999. Thats 5 years. That swiss cheese brownie line should have Harris into the game by the first half of the first game. (Joe Andruzzi cant play left tackle. How many times ar ethe Browns going to go after guys who can't play left tackle whebn al they need is a left tackle and then to shift everyone to positionss they are more suited for. )
