In mentally reviewing numerous past posts and discussions, it looks like we are finally going to get our wish. In searching a particular website for personal reasons, I came accross the link below. Who knows, maybe even I will apply for this position, that is of course, if I can get a "professional recommendation" from the Freak??!!!!!

Don't be too surprised if this position is hired within BG. They'll probably just go to the Sports Management dept.

I think the position requires some fresh ideas from an established outsider.
The corporate-sponsorship duties are important, but this person's primary responsibility should be turning people out for the major athletic events. This is still the biggest problem the department faces and thus the biggest opportunity for someone new to come in and make an impact.

By all means go for it! I saw that as well...would be a great opportunity for anyone serious about BG athletics.
