Second practice ... man I'm getting old

I've been involved with youth sports as an official, coach or administrator since I was in high school, but our flag football team - collectively - has the shortest attention span of any squad I have ever seen. Ever. Our second (of only three -
) practices was a real struggle and I can see that this is going to be my toughest experience yet.
That being said, the boys all seem like they're having a good time and are anxious to 1) get their jerseys and 2) play a "real" game. In the end, we have one goal and that's to have fun, so I predict we'll succeed on that count.
