Corey's Initiation

Post by Spart43 »

Thought all of you might enjoy seeing this picture.

Corey was officially welcomed into the falcon family Saturday.....

It was great seeing you all on Saturday, can't wait for summer practice and the Wisconsin game. Here's hoping Corey can repeat his performance against the badgers....

I almost spit my coffee on the screen!

Sounds like Corey showed the folks Saturday what you (and apparently teh coaches) have known all along. Having a legendary number won't hurt, either!

The infamous "Snakeman".

He comes to every BG football game, and goes to many of the road games as well. He loves BG football, but he's also something of an ass. Biggest mooch you'll ever meet.

Everyone who's been to our tailgates knows we're mighty generous. Sharing food, beer, etc. Everyone has a great time. Snakeman, on the other hand, will walk up to your tailgate, ask for some food & beer, and when he's done he'll go onto the next tailgate to get more food & beer. If you're doing shots, he's the first in line. When the burgers are done on the grill, he's the first in line. Not ONCE has he ever brought a thing to the party. He shows up with just himself, and mooches from every tailgate party up and down the row.

I love his passion for BG football, but I cannot say I'm real fond of the guy.

I think sssnakeman's actually a reincarnated raccoon. I can imagine that scraggly face rummaging through my garbage cans at 3 am.

I think we are in good hands with Corey. It was really fun watching him run crisp routes and snag the ball out of the air.

As for Snakeman- the rule at Dayon's Den tailgates when he is wandering up our row- DON"T MAKE EYE CONTACT.

It looks like the Snakeman is also trying to get the Santa Claus gig at Christmas. A few years back I saw him at the Missouri game (Urban's first game) and he was mooching off the Missouri fans as well!! :?

I saw him as we were coming in the parking lot and told him to stop by and he somehow got someone from Missouri athletic department to drive him around the parking lot in a golf cart until he found us!!
I drink therefore I am!

Solid rule to live by DD. The Snakeman takes it as an open invite upon eye contact, because if you are brave enough to stare the snake in the eye, then surely you are willing to give him some food and alcohol too.

Indeed it was nice meeting you as well. I also spoke with Marques Parks father who was a real treat to speak with. You should be very proud of Corey. I sure feel that he will soon make us forget about that blonde haired kid from....where was whatshisname from again

Judging by the size of Rattlesnake Bob's gut, you guys are feeding him way too much or he is really good at mooching.
I like that steak comes from cows. That is why a cow will not think twice about eating you.
