Mruczkowski draft prediction

Post by Warthog »

Gregg Eastebrook, Tuesday Morning Quarteback on NFL.com has posted his annual "mock" draft. This is truly a mocking of the whole mock draft thing with picks like "Cleveland - Juliet Schor, sociologist, Boston College. Then the Browns sideline could offer Romeo and Juliet!" Anyway, he ultimately tries to be serious and predict the 7th round. Here is one of the predictions:

228. Pittsburgh (from Carolina): Scott Mruczkowski, C, Bowling Green. Note: "Get me more players with unpronounceable last names!" Bill Cowher ordered after Ben Roethlisberger success.[/u][/i]

Mruczkowski snaps to Roethlisberger. Would that set a record for most letters in the names of a Center-QB combo?

I think the league would then have to award T.J. Houshmandzadeh to the Steelers.

I thought they were trying to get away from this when they got rid of Chris Fuamatu'mafala

What is probably lost on this "pundit" and "super draft expert" is they are both M.A.C. guys. . .

As I have said elsewhere, Scott will go in the 4th.

You heard right. Even CNN.com had a story on their homepage a bit ago.

Wow, thats pretty good. But I'm assuming it is a special draft for NFLE, as the story is on the International page.

The Sentinel had a nice story about Scott in Thursday's edition. He definitely thinks he is a second day pick. Said about 12 teams have shown serious interest with the Bengals being the most interested.
