How do you think he would have handled the game differently, and do you think the spread would have been any different going into the game?

About the second part of the question, the spread would've still been high. Vegas didn't expect us to win by 33, they just wanted to try to get the betting as equal as possible for both teams. If the spread were 14, everyone would bet on OU. With a spread of 33 they get more bets on BGSU from people who think OU will win, but not by that much. The oddsmakers are in the business of making money, not predicting outcomes.
