BG was just mentioned on The Herd with Colin Cowherd Show for making a good showing against OU this past weekend. But, and there's always a but, in the same breath Colin chalked it up to Oklahoma being overrated. Typical.

Did he? I missed the show yesterday. Well, today he inserted the caveat that OU is not as good as the rest of the nation thinks.

I think anyone who really watched the game, had to be impressed with BG's ability to confuse the defense, during the 1st & 2nd quarter. In fact they had the defense confused all game. Omar and the offense, was awesome IMO. Had there been a few better throws and catches in the 3rd, this game might have even been much closer. The string of 3 and outs in the 3rd killed us. Oklahoma is lucky they didn't catch us on our 2nd game. Once the coaches work out a few bugs, this team is going to be dangerous.

I laugh, because you can always tell which reporters actually watch the game versus just reading the score and commenting on the highlights.

O man, I used to listen everyday when i worked for the county engineer back in BG, down in cinci i have yet to look up the local affiliate, plus i have no radio at work...yet.

Cowherd is a joker. That guy cannot be more wrong abotu more things. He bashed the pistons everyday, sayign they would still lose. He made fun of my dear Expos twice in the first hour he ever had the show. He refuses to talk abotu Hockey, and even gets Dan to call in and tell him hes an idiot occasionally. What I would have given to hear him give BGSU soem props. Ill have to go listen to the recording off the website tonite as proof.

Funny, I thought you guys were better in the 3rd than the 1st/2nd. Our defense did pretty well early but not so well after half. Your offense did mix things up well - running out of the passing formation, making some nice YAC, etc. Stud of a QB.

I could be a little off as I was sunburning 51 rows in the NW corner of the endzone.
