Excuse me, ma'am. But I do believe that it is Dallas-FORT WORTH they ranked as #8. And it didn't get to be #8 because of Dallas - it got there because of the rodeo and stock shows at the Fort Worth Stock Yards.

WHY do you egg me on with the ma'am transfer???

And '04, if you are referring to the Texas Rangers being in Arlington, or the Dallas Cowboys being in Irving, soon to be Arlington, it said "D-FW."

And I happen to be overlooking the home of my 2 other favorite D teams, the Stars & Mavs, this very second.

As my good friend TG says:

debate the topic, not the person
debate the topic, not the person
debate the topic, not the person

Jealous!

Could be...Houston has a kick ass rodeo and they're ranked higher than Dallas

Cleveland has GREAT football fans. Some of the best in the world. They follow the Browns regardless of how terrible they've been for the past 15-20 years or so.

However, as a sports city their fans are not all that great. The Indians & Cavs are purely fair weather fanbases. They sold out every game at the Jake for like 8 years until they started going poorly. Now that they are only mediocre they have some terrible attendance figures. If they started winning divisions again, I bet they'd sell out every game though.

Same goes for the Cavs. They couldn't pay people to go to the Gund until they got LeBron. Now it's the happening place to be in Cleveland winters.

Outside of the Browns fans I don't think that Cleveland sports fans are the greatest. If the list is also factoring in the success of the teams, then it is definitely understandable that they'd be low. They haven't won a title in any major sport since like the 60's.

I'm just joking Hammb. Whenever I'm not rooting for Dallas, I'm rooting for Cleveland. I just like to give y'all a hard time (and I'm even kidding as to kdog, but he can still hate on me if he wants to!)
