Well, it looks like many of you who said you didn't think UW would be a huge favorite are right so far. I just checked BetOnSports.com and they're only giving 4.5 points to BG against Wisconsin. Not sure if I can make that bet.
I think the smarter money for the week is on Miami(OH) getting 17 from the Buckeyes and NIU getting 18 from the Wolverines.

Yep, the Miami money should be a lock. OSU can't cover 17 when they can't score that many period.

I would still bet on the BG and Miami games. OSU rarely ever beats a team by 17 points and Miami should be able to keep them from scoring too much. I think NIU is a good team but Michigan usually takes care of business.

I sitll can't believe we were a 32 point dog to OU last year

BG wins straight up, Miami beats the spread and Michigan covers...these predicitons are made for entertainment purposes only...

I don't know that Michigan can take care of business that bad, though. Those early season games that should be blowouts usually turn into cruise control games when they go up two scores (unless you're Houston or Rice). 18's a funky number for that, though, and I don't think I'd bite.

Yeah I hope you are right. I have a bet with one of my friends who is a Notre Dame fan, that NIU will keep the final score closer than when Michigan plays Notre Dame.
