okay i guess i only know one other person named omar... which is omar vizquel. and he's had 'omarvelous' for quite some time.

It would be a cooler name if the movie wasn't an afterthought, save for 8 year old kids.

It beats the nick-name of another canidate in the MAC, "Don't Suck Real Good" up north.

If you look at media guides and other media things, the movie thing is a trend. Last year Ball State and turdledo had Matrix style covers on their guides for basketball. Those are just some examples of the many I've seen.

I feel it really works, too, becuase it's what's popular at the time being.
