Just wondering I am looking for a 2XL #4 Jersey, just wondering if any of the local bookstores have them in? If anyone knows that would save me a trip to town. Have to get this before the season starts.
Thank You!!!

Due to SBX suing the university, I will not be shopping there. I will not be party to a frivolous lawsuit against the university.

University won't let students use the B!G Charge off-campus. Students can use City Bucks (and SBX takes it).
Not sure why they're suing the university. I don't think BP, Shell, Marathon, or JC Penney allow students to use their cards at SBX and I don't see them suing those companies.
Why should the university be responsible for collecting debt for SBX? If SBX wants to allow the students to buy on credit, why not issue their own SBX card?
No matter what, since they're suing the university - it's the students who are paying for this frivolous lawsuit.

My thoughts on that one - if the SBX can't handle a little capitalist competition, pack up and head to a different country.
I'll still shop there though.

Wrong. BP, Shell, Marathon all have cards co-branded with MasterCard or Visa that you can use almost anywhere. Only JCP issues a card that can only be used at a JCP store.

Isn't that what that $5 legal service fee covers?

Well, I have three gas cards in my wallet that I can only use at those three businesses. They are not Visa or Mastercard.
BTW - I believe the Student Legal Service fee is now $7 a semester.

The other reason I will NOT patronize SBX anymore is that they fired Steve Donnelly as their manager when they closed the BeeGee Bookstore. They can't stand the competition from the new University Bookstore, and that fact alone is their primary reason for the lawsuit in my opinion.
The store is going downhill fast!!!
