CBS Sportsline says Josh Harris released

According to CBS Sportsline, Josh was released with the hope of putting him onto the practice squad.

the Ravens released him and resigned him to the practice squad today. I don't know what that means as far as his availability to other teams, but I *think* practice squad players are fair game to other teams, to some extent.

Yes, any team can sign him off the practice squad.
