CFN: Aaron Rodgers was getting dogged all draft day by the analysts for that.

OJ: That's our goal. The basketball team tried to outdo us this year after going to the Final Four, but we think we can have a big season make football just as big a deal.

CFN: What was the mood around there after the run to the Final Four?

OJ: Yeah. Every quarterback has his own little glitch, so you try to change them and make your weaknesses your strong points. I can still get better and I can still work on several little things.

Am I the only one confused by these questions?

Sounds to me like they mixed a couple of lines in from an interview with a different person.

"CFN: It's still early, but have you gotten any hard feedback on where you could potentially go next year if you came out early?

OJ: None. None at all. If any one has given any, it hasn't come to me. It might have gone through our coaching staff or PR people and they can pick and choose what they want to tell me, but I haven't heard anything yet. I'm not really worried about that now. I'm focusing on the season, so I'll deal with this after the year. I'm planning on staying for my senior year, but I'm not really going to think about that now."

sweet sweet sweet.

I think Big Ben said the same thing for 4 months too. Then he didn't even get changed out of his bowl game pads before announcing his pro intentions. Not saying Omar will do the same, but if early projections are accurate he'd be a fool to NOT leave early. But he stayed in my NCAA dynasty :)

Mine too -- back to back heisman's and he started out as a rookie for Pittsburgh ranked as an 85 after I imported him to Madden.

FWIW I realize saying he will stay means nothing, but it still made me happy to hear him say it.

My roomie & I are about 12 weeks into our first season of our franchise. Omar will definitely be a Brown when next year's draft comes around :)

It would be hard for him to stay if:
1. Brandon leaves...even though he says he wont
2. OJ puts up the numbers, beats WI and Bosie and we win a Mac title
3. he goes to NY and wins the BCS Mvp..i mean Heisman

Best line...

"OJ: Oh yeah, I'm real tough. You build lots of character with long johns on."

As far as the NFL, I'll wait til we win the MAC and the bowl game. I wanna enjoy every pass this cat throws.

The Fantastic 4....time to roll.

GO FALCONS!!!!!

It would be amazing if we had Omar for his senior season.

He stays if:

- He pulls a matt leinhart and just loves playing college football

He doesnt say if:

- thoughts of millions of dolllars enters his brain

beat the stupid badgers
