Stewart Mandel's column
But then there's Saturday! A full-blown, honest-to-goodness, noon-to-midnight slate of gridiron madness. With 10 days to go, here are 10 things I'm most looking forward to about Sept. 3:
10. Omar Jacobs. I must admit, for all his gaudy numbers, I didn't see the Bowling Green QB in action very much last year. High noon, on ESPN, at Camp Randall. Prediction: Jacobs lights up Wisconsin's rebuilding defense for 380 yards.

I don't care how many yards Omar throws for as long as BG beats the Badgers! But 300+ would be pretty awesome.
Nice interview of Jacobs on 850 WKNR in Cleveland during the drive home yesterday.

I have to say that I think that it's still pretty awesome to read stuff like this about Omar and then stand behind him in line at the Union and walk past him on campus in the same day. I love BG. :ZZZZing:

That is extremely cool!! Do people approach him or keep their distance? He seems very down to earth and approachable. Wow...a Heisman Trophy Candidate in the Union.
