Photographing the Falcons

Greetings from a Badger fan. I am a photographer who takes pictures from the stands. All I have been reading is "Omar this and Omar that." I must say Omar is impressive. I am curious which Falcon OL will yeild the best photo-ops showing holding, such as the below picture. This is a serious question and not a flame. I should have a gallery up after the game of some of my shots.

What exactly are you asking now?

I'm confused. Are saying what O-lineman of BG to focus on so you can try to point out everywhere you think there is a hold, get pics of it so you come back and say thats the reason you might have lost? If thats not it then okay, but I"m still bewildered by your question.

Why not shoot the Badger O linemen for holding? BG linemen don't have time to hold cuz Jacobs gets rid of the ball in under 3 seconds.
GO FALCONS!
All teams hold

Watch #53 on the Badgers. Watch whole interior of the Badgers line for that matter. Watch even #72 who is on his way to a 1st round pick possibly even before he uses up his eligibility If I was flaming you I could have done it in so many other ways.
Simple fact is that you guys are a passing team, and your linemen will be holding. Some do it more than others, and YES, I would like to get some shots of it. Not to go show to the head of MAC officials. Heck, I've had numerous pictures over the years showing way more than missed infractions.

Keep an eye on this guy!! (have no idea what number it is, but I THINK it might have been a hold.

Holding occurs on nearly every play in football whether it is HS, college, or pro. I don't really see what you are getting at.

Oh, so if you're a passing team, you hold more? Funny thing is we're a running team also...170 ypg last season and that was down from 200 ypg the previous 2 years.
I didn't see it as a flame but the request is very strange....especially 1 week before the game.
8 days til kickoff....
I'll type slowly

"I don't really see what you are getting at."
Some guys hold more than others, I was looking to focus on the one or two guys most of the plays in which I shoot the Falcon line play. I can see that you guys are way too defensive about your team.

Fine...
#58 Rob Warren
#78 Kory Lichtensteiger
#68 John Lanning
#70 Derrick Markray
#71 Drew Nystrom
Take your pick!

I don't think anyone is getting defensive here, this just may be one of the most obscure and inane football-related questions I and many around here have ever heard. How do you rate players on their proclivity to hold? That just makes no senese.

You're getting rather defensive about yourself. All we want to know is the real reason behind why you are asking. Everytime you reply, you give some BS response and work your way around the real answer.
We don't watch out linemen holding so we can't really answer that. We watch them BLOCK as Omar throws deep bombs to our receiving squadron. Forunately, you will get to see it with your own eyes as well.

If it's last season, I say easy question. Whoever was trying to block Erasmus James would be the most likely candidate. And since he's gone along with Welsh, Hawthorne and Jefferson, I don't see any of the BG OL overlty being overmatched. Like Freak said, "take your pick" becasue the first game is a crapshoot as to whom is going to be more likely to hold, especially since there are so many relatively new players on Wisconsin's DL.

Actually all of our players hold on every play. Freak took the liberty of listing our starting O-line, you just take your pick on who you want to shoot.
We also grease our pants up so good luck tackling.
Oh, and when you guys come to play us at Cleveland Browns Stadium next season we will leave the sprinklers on all night so be prepared for a mud-bath. Just ask the Toledo guys!
What a weird, weird post. I didn't think a thread would annoy me/strike me as this week more than the "Tracking Incoming Player X" threads. . . but you've topped it with the weirdest thread I have ever read. . .

As a fellow photographer, I cannot wait to get my Canon 20D and 300MM zoom lens into the stadium of our first home game.

He's right... don't get so defensive! He just wants to take some pictures of opposing teams holding. It's not like he's an official... relax folks...
