Ok I know you guys are just supporting your team which is great, but some of you guys think you are going to come into our house and beat us by 20, 30 pts are just plain crazy. You arent playing buffalo or eastern you are playing a tough and shove the ball down your throat big ten team. You may win, but however you arent going to come into camp randle which is a difficult place to play in and beat us by 20 or 30. I dont care if you got omar jacobs, your D is soft like cookie dough and our running game is tough as nails so if any of you ever played football before you will know running the ball controls the clock and keeps omar marino off the field. This will make it hard for you to score a lot of points. But like I said you guys might win but if you think you are going to score 40, 50 pts and the Badgers are only going to score 17, 21 let me know I will place a bet with anyone on that. You wonder why no one respects MAC schools its because of those ridiculous predictions, I cant wait for you guys to see calhoun and Bernstein one of the best Full-backs in the nation run down your throat.....oh by the way I love how you guys dogg Barry Alveraz when he's the only coach in big ten history to win 3 rose bowls when greg brandon cant even win a MAC title against toledo.....remember when youve said Wisconsin youve said it all......Badgers-27 B-flea-21

What were we thinking? I think BG will personally roll over for you guys because you are a Big 11 team. We don't belong on the same field as a big school like Wisconsin. It's an honor and privledge just being on the same field.

aaaaaannnndddd..... exhale.
I can't wait to get to "camp randle" either. I hear it's a fine place to watch a game. I still love "doyt parry" stadium, though.

Yes, every school's fanbase has its share of morons. As has become so evident over the past couple of years, Big11 schools have many more than most.
I can't wait until you start making excuses after this game as why a "lowly MAC team" beat your vaunted Big11 defense. You, sir, are the poster child for BCS foolishness.

wow i hate wisconsin fans... such big heads. at least boise fans have the class to come in here and wish us good luck, while these clowns are so caught up in their own big 11 hype that they don't even know how to spell their own stadium.

first of all, let me say that you are the most idiotic wisky fan yet. learn to spell your stadium, coach, prized position and regular words such as "dog" correctly and maybe you will earn some respect. oh, and gregg brandon has two g's in his name.
second, our offense can put up points against any defense in the nation. we put up 24 against oklahoma last year at oklahoma. putting up 30-40 points against wisconsin shouldn't be a problem (and i am being very serious about that.) and oh yeah, in that game, jason white played all four quarters and we held them to 40 points. if we can hold you guys to under 40, BG wins easily.
third, it's a tradition on this board to "dogg" every opposing coach on game week in that manner. it's a joke. find a sense of humor and check back here on saturday.
but you are right, we won't beat you by 20, 30 points. those are fans being fans.... but we WILL beat you by atleast a TD. big stadiums don't intimidate this team anymore. we've won at purdue in 2003, got within a TD of an OSU that same year, and gave oklahoma a game last year. all we need is a two minute drive to score. big time passing teams (with a legit running threat in the pope mobile) can do things like that.

Grant - you forgot the "1" in front of the 56 and the decimal point.
Falcons 156
Badgers 2.4

Listen,
This guy from Wisky is only protecting his team just like we would do. It is his worst nightmare to witness LIVE, Omar and Company come in to that Historic Place, and drop 40+ on his team. Do I think it will be a blowout, NO. But I do wish for two things:
1. A GOOD FOOTBALL GAME.......No Bull, just classic football, and it better be a good game because I am making the trip up there..
2. A BGSU WIN.....A Hard Game against a Big Time Program like Wisconsin would be another stepping stone in BGSU program.
This should be a great game, and I am looking forward to a great weekend in Madison.
BGSU- 31
Wisconsin- 24

Thanks for proving that they don't teach composition at Wisconsin.

I hate to admit it, but Badger8843 has a point. I mean, I think we can score on anybody, but the idea that we're going to come into Camp Randall and steamroll the Badgers strikes me as optimistic at best. I expect us to win this game, no doubt.
But the recent swell of enthusiasm here reminds me, just a bit, of the pre-game buzz for Toledo last year. So many folks were talking about how we were going to hang 70 points on the Rockets and stomp them. We all know how that turned out.
As for Badger8843's grammar ... being a visitor to this site for some time now, I don't think we, collectively, are in any place to criticize.

Aww common, let us have some fun with the guy...lol!
Actually in regards to the game I think that you are right. I find it's usually be better to be humble and then do the aww shucks thing afterwards than it is to be a bit brash and arrogant on the front end. I've never really liked the taste of crow personally.
I just found it funny that he took such an exception to the BA thread.
Now, a few BG fans and I have been talking that what we need to do is just buy Noah tickets to every home and away game as well as provide some $ for hotel and airfare accomodations so that be can be undefeated. Do you know anyone that would be interested in being his travel companion...lol!

Mmmm..... same old dissing of the MAC. The MAC has proven that the lower rung Big Ten Teams are no match for the top rung MAC teams. This will be a good game. In the AP Poll BG received 57 votes to Wisconsins 5 votes and the USAToday Poll gave Wisconsin 79 and BG 63.
My prediction - BG wins this...... who cares what the score is.......
The realistic Wisconsin alumni and fans I know here in Dayton are pretty tenative about what is going to happen on Saturday. Living here in Ohio, they know BG and what can happen. They all remember the 2003 - #16 ranked - Purdue Boilermakers.
Two nice articles in the Dayton Daily News.
First one about Miami and their upsets.... My friend was on the '86 Miami Squad that toppled LSU
http://www.daytondailynews.com/sports/c ... amifb.html
My prediction is it will be closer than any tOSU or Big 10 fan thinks and Ryne Robinson will run two back for TD's - which could be the difference in the game.
Also a nice MAC roundup in the DDN (not on line - so I don't have a link) with Kudos to Omar.

I must say, I agree with 87alum. I too think that BG has the ability and will win this game but a blow out?? No way. Yes we have had success on the road in these big games but we will need to play VERY TOUGH if we expect to walk out of the camp with a W.
Go BG!!!
