I don't think anyone has mentioned it but Suisham has really been hitting his kickoffs. This guy is consistently kicking it out of the endzone.
Also , on special teams Winovich was the first guy down on coverage every time. Even with the ball going out of the back of the endzone that kind of hustle impresss me.

Suisham must have worked a TON in the offseason. Last year he barely got kicks to the endzone, now he has kickoffs going through the uprights! Having a kicking game is going to help out a lot this season and I'm glad to see it has got better!

You know, I noticed the same thing listening on the radio. Sounds like a totally different placekicker compared to last year.
Now Suisham's booting kicks into the endzone and hitting 80% of his 40+ yard field goals this year?
Way to go Sean!

Even Josef Timchenko came out and hit a 40 yarder! Improvements all over for the kicking game!

How about back-up Josef Timchenko booting a 40-yarder also?? I was very impressed by that kick.
Overall, I thought the Special Teams were very good. Suisham kicked it well and Fry punted pretty well. Sharon ran one back for a TD and T.J. Carswell had one of the best blocks on a punt return I have ever seen. That SEMO player is probably still seeing stars after that hit.

I agree. But not to be negative, suisham had a good 15mph wind ont he ones he put out of the endzone.....that said, seeign him put it through the uprights on the kickoff was tremendous!

He's still kicking it on average about 10 yards further than last year. He had trouble getting to the end zone last year and he was hitting the zone against that wind last night. He obviously worked quite a bit over the offseason and has shed the demons that must have been in his head last season.

Make the opponent drive 80 yards every time... just keep kicking the ball thru the end zone. .Suisham is doing very well this year. His kickoffs have been excellent. And he's nailing his FG's so far. And his girlfriend is still as hot as ever.

And you wonder why your wife says you are obsessed with this board and probably wants to keep you off of here

Thanks for giving me the image of his girlfriend. I had forgotten about her

Last night I told my wife "man, Suisham has really added some pop to his leg this year........and his girlfriend is hot!" Suprisingly enough, I can still walk.

It's great to see Suisham, the Canadian Crippler doing well. If he stays consistant he may have a good shot at the NFL ... CFL for sure. He's a class act.
Gary Blackney almost ruined the kids' career when he came in as a freshman - trying to get the Crippler play through pain in spring ball -- pain which later was discovered I believe to be a muscle tear in his kicking leg.
He had surgery, got his confidence back and I think will end his career as the best placekicker in BG history. Some may say otherwise but I like the Crippler.
As far as his girlfriend ... I'm still trying to figure out who has the hotter girlfriend between him and former punter Rat-ti-tat Pat Fleming. All these Candian kickers have hot girlfriends. Must be the accent, eh?

It is not just the kickers! The Alaskan Assasin is doing just fine in the female relationship department as well. More power to all the Canadians!

Do you think Magner uses the pick-up line:
Hey babe, I was the Alaska football player of the year, wanna chill!
