Signed BGSU Football Helmet on eBay
Look for a number of BGSU signed football helmets to be available on eBay in the future (at least four) -

I hope that logo isn't a sign of things to come. With all the people who have trouble seeing what it is when its BROWN with no white, that orange on orange is gonna give 'em fits!!

It sold!
Well, someone that didn't know better bought that helmet for $199.
Look for more of those to appear.

I don't think so.
The Athletic Department has set-up an eBay account and has auctioned off items in the past.
Take a look at that helmet again, and you can tell that it's not a "replica" helmet (as advertised). One look at the side of the helmet and you can tell that.
I don't mind someone auctioning off their items, but at least have an actual helmet if you'e going to get them to sign the thing.

The look of the helmet leads me to believe this wasn't one of the official University auctions. Orange falcon head, one of them facing backwards? I'd like to think that if the athletic department was doing this to raise money (which is a really good idea that they're doing this), they'd have paid at least *a little* attention to detail.BelieveNBG wrote:I also bet the players were "told" to sign. I believe proceeds go back to the program. If it means the football team getting much need $$, sign the darn thing. I actually want one for myself.
GO BG!!!
