MAC: Putting the "mid" back in Mid-Major

We still have a chance at a great year. We still have a shot at a special year but our chance at an historic breakthrough year is gone. The main goal remains winning the MAC Championship but my gosh the rest of the country won't take notice when we beat MAC schools now. If we could've won or if anyone in the MAC could've won maybe someone besides us MAC folk will watch all those Tuesday evening ESPN games.

The whole conference laid an egg this weekend. Ball State was mauled, Kent sucked, Miami got whooped good, BGSU gave up 312 points to a running team and it goes on.

So far, this has been a brutal, brutal weekend for BGSU and the whole conference.
