This one is over after the first quarter. Omar plays 1 1/2 quarters giving way to A Turner. Ball State is bad enough without having 8 players still suspended. Iowa could have beaten them 102-0 if they wanted to.
BG 62, BSU 10.
C ya'll in Muncie. First road trip for the Freakstyle!

The legend of Anthony Turner begins....
Partridge puts up 2 bills receiving. Omar puts up 425 yds and 6 tds before leaving in the third quarter.
What's the spread gonna be on this one

I called a couple weeks ago that BG wins this one 57-14. I'd be surprised now if we're held to under 70.
But the first instinct may be close enough, so we'll stick with it.

Yeah, you guys are WAY too demoralized by our D performance against Wisky. Remember, BSU (of the Ball varitey) is going to be missing quite a few of their starters to suspension (if those still hold). Furthermore, I have a feeling our D is going to be hella-pumped (yes, I did say hella-pumped...) for this game, if only to cool down everyone around here.
BG 66, Ball 0
Why 66? I'm going to be ultra positive and predict a Timchenko field goal!

BG 69 (11 TDs, Timclanko misses 8 extra points)
Testicle Tech 56 (To keep pace with last years UT team that gave up 63 in each of its first two games.)

I'm with you, Bleeding. I know our defense got its ass handed to it Saturday. They are not going to be in a good mood this Saturday.
Does the D still need work? A whole lot...but going up against Ball State is a whole lot different than going up against that Badger O. Those boys were huge, strong and physical.
I pause the TV screen during a shot of the Wisky O line right behind the BG D line.

It looked like our D line was HS Size compared to them.
With all the negative talk about the defense, give them credit for never quitting and playing hard...even when getting run over like that. Spielman made a great comment about that. "Nobody likes getting pounded on but the BG D is still running to the ball and that is positive. They're not giving up."
That kind of attitude and effort to keep getting up is gonna pay dividends. We have a new DC....give it time.
GO FALCONS!!

I hope we give our starting D a work out and if they score more than 35 yard field goals on us and one td we will be in some serious Defensive trouble folks...serious trouble.
