1.) Buffalo
2.) Ball State

Kind of splitting hairs here, but UCF should be #1 on that list until they win a game. I don't care if they played a decent game against a weak SC team, they still have the longest losing streak in the nation. That should count for something.

The Bottom Ten is kinda like Newsweek's "Conventional Wisdom" segment each week. Meant for a chuckle as much as anything.

I don't think Buffalo would beat Central Florida this year.

I realize that it's "meant for a chuckle", and it usually is quite jovial as long as your team is not on the list. :wink: Yet you seem to give it credence by suggesting UCF is a better team this season. Which one is it?

It's both.
I had a feeling you may answer that way. :D It's sort of a contradictory answer, but I can live with it.
