MAC Predictions

Post by kdog27 »

I haven't been around much because I have been battling the flu all week but I thought a MAC prediction post would be good now that every team has played a game or two. It looks like we will have much more of a fight from some of the longtime bottom feeders.

East
Bowling Green
Ohio
Miami
Kent
Akron
Buffalo

West
Northern Illinois
Toledo
CMU
EMU
Ball St
WMU

It would be nice to see NIU finally beat Toledo.

It's still real hard to know much about any team but I do know that Buffalo stills sucks. Maybe they will not score all year. [/b]

I think Miami may be in for a struggle this year. That loss to CMU in Oxford is damaging.

That would be a HUGE boost to OU if they came in 2nd in the MAC East

i wouldn't judge to quickly on one game central snuck up on miami but the redhawks still control their destiny in the mac east only thing for sure is buffalo looks like a doormat again mac west a two team race at the top with directional spoiler can't read akron or kent well until they play some mac games ohio has a defense that will contend with anyone but darkhorse pick without the offense other schools have won conference championships with defense alone so it could be done.
Growing up in Athens and playing for the high school, the only thing anyone dreamed of was to play for Don Peden.", 1950 OU graduate. "He was the most respected man in town."

i love your unbiased review of miami, but i don't think our defense could stop me, much less omar or garrett wolfe. saturday was brutal.
