I wouldn't touch this game from a betting standpoint. Right now these two teams are virtually impossible to get a read on. I have a nasty little feeling that Boise will come out with their hair on fire. We'll need to withstand the initial burst and come back, which we aren't used to doing.
No outcome of this game would surprise me.

I agree with you on this one. BSU is not used to losing and they will come out and play tough for their first home game in what seems like forever. I have no idea what will happen. I hope the coaches have done some serious "tweaking" to the secondary this week, (thank god for the 10 day break to re-group), or Omar and crew will eat our 2ndary alive. He must be licking his chops right now.Jacobs4Heisman wrote:I wouldn't touch this game from a betting standpoint. Right now these two teams are virtually impossible to get a read on. Wait one sec...
that is the early line from the stardust of all places, several others are calling the game PICK.
PICK is where this game this game lives....two D's one with run trouble the other pass...to fast, high scoring O's. Two schools that normaly have D's that make strong showings...BGSU hung out in a shoot out with WI...and we all know no one other team all year will break 30 pts on WI let alone 40...
Our D steped up and improved against Ball....
Yea sure were playing them at home, but seriously if we play our game and our D does the job we know they can...we win this game in the shoot out by scoring and the d making key stops.
BGSU by 3.

Well the Broncos by all reports have a weak secondary....and we have biger issue with the run than the pass.
so if we can run our o the way we want...and they run thiers...its o shoot out..and the d as in the WI that makes the key stops will win the day.
We were by the way greatly improved against Ball.

I think the Stardust is the book that typically sets the initial line and everyone else goes from there. The Stardust is the most respected of all sportsbooks in Vegas. Most of the other places haven't put out a line yet. I don't they are taking any action yet and Pick'em in this case probably means they haven't set a line yet.Wait one sec...

I thought maybe that was 78 per team.Schadenfreude wrote:An over/under of 78?BGSUVA wrote:thegreek.com has it down to Boise -8 already...o/u78...I'd take the over as long as it is below 80
That's crazy talk.
First half, maybe.

That sounds about right. Considering our "defense" I'm surprised its not more. Actually it be better if we were 15 pt underdogs. It might help give our guys some more incentive mainly the D to play harder. We are not good at coming from behind , coming from behind requires you have a solid D which we have none of. We have to be the first scoring team. If we let Bosie score first its all but over guaranteed.Falconfreak90 wrote:Broncos favored by 9...

So if BOISE takes the opening kick back for a touchdown the game is over? I don't think that's the case.
