I guess I'll jump in as well. The Kentucky BGSU alumni chapter will be having a watch party at the same venue that we had for the Wisconsin game watch party, Buffalo Wild Wings on 1080 S. Broadway in Lexington.

As part of my regular teaching load this semester I have been traded to the University of Toledo to teach a graduate course. They will send someone down in the fall to teach one for us -- the player to be named later, as it were. Regrettably, this means I'm in the classroom from 7:30 to 9:30. Is there a party at some bar in Toledo I could go to after class?

Gads....that has to be a gut wrenching experience! Dumbing down the class must be tough on you!

It's kind of odd actually -- It's Scope and Methods for their MA in political science program -- only about 14 students, and two of them are former BGers. I wish we still had an MA program in political science.

I actually had prof Jackson in 1998 if I remember correctly for a political philosophy class, in fact still have my copy of The Prince from the course. Good lad, someone at that party tonight sort him out a beer for me. Now if we could get Ludd to post here we'd be all set. I'm just dying to rip on the Orangemen.
If there are others in Columbus that aren't going to BW3 and just feel like watching it in Gview pm me before kickoff I can get you the details.

98? egads. Smallish class, from Machiavelli to Rousseau or so, right? Great stuff!
Ludd is a Luddite. He might exchange detailed comments about 'Cuse, handwritten on yellow legal pads of course!
Only one watch party in the "Cleveland" area?

What happened to the hundreds of thousands BG fans in the area? Hopefully, the Cleveland BG fans show up for their "home" game against Wisonsin next year.
Seriously though, didn't someone mention on here that the most BG alums live in the Cleveland area? Seems kinda odd to have only watch party for such a huge game.

kdog, I sure considered that. I ended class early for the MAC championship game, and we all saw how that worked out. So as not to buy bad karma, I decided still to have class.

I am gald you brought this up. The leader of Cleveland Chapter is Sarah Krejci, her phone 888-839-2586. She has set up a watch party for the Miami Game at the Winking Lizard in Independence. Get a hold of her To set up another. Your county has over 10,000 grads We in Lorain County do not have one set up for the Miami Game. The Alumni Association needs three months notice to get info out. I will tell you this she needs help if you want more give her a call at 888 839 2586 or Email her at
[email protected] Ever Chapter leader needs help, they do not get paid for doing this. We set Lorain County Because we wanted things in our area and Carie Marchal is doing a great job. We have over 3000 Alumni in Lorain County. Bob Dupont VPMD
