Can anyone confirm mid-air drama yesterday regarding the team's flight?

Something about some mechanical difficulties???? That would be a bit scary

Evidently, one of the "boosters" on the plane had a medical problem, which forced the landing.

the phrase "forced the landing" is no good... where did they land? I can't think of many places between BG and Boise that I'd want to land, especially with an iffy plane... :shock:

I think O4forheisman misunderstood and meant to say Medical, our AD isn't going to put the players and boosters on something that is not safe.

No big deal folks. Everything was ok. It was actually a scheduled stop to rewind the rubber bands.

I just spoke to my parents who were on the plane. A member of the traveling party had a heart attack and the plane stopped in Rockford, IL so he could receive treatment.
