Last night was UGLY. The defense couldn't stop little sisters of the poor, and the offense couldn't score on them either. We don't have a single person on the team apparently that can kick a ball between two uprights no matter how close they are to them unless they get lucky......yada....yada.....yada......yada.
Folks remember that we were expected to lose at Wisky and at Boise. I don't think anyone expected us to get schooled like we did last night, but we are 1-2 after the first three games. Which is right where many expected us to be. Everyone is going to have a bad game now and again, yep even Omar. Personally I'd rather he have it at Boise than at Miami of OH.
We are still in control in the East. We are sitting right where we want to be. Yes we looked horrible. Yes we need to be able to stop a 5 year old running the ball, yes we need to find a kicker even if she is on the womens soccer team right now. But by golly we weren't beat by Buffalo. Chin up. head high.
