Being one of the people who always sticks up for him, I was happy to see him have a couple nice interceptions.
Jordan Mac East player of the week

I've bashed Jelani plenty in the past. He's stepped it up this year and Saturday's game was a high point for him. He deserves the award.kdog27 wrote:http://bgsufalcons.collegesports.com/sp ... 05aab.html

As have I. It's not just interceptions or tackles either. I like to key on the secondary. Jelani played a good game Saturday. Rarely was he beaten, and when he was he showed good enough recovery speed to get back.1987alum wrote:I've bashed Jelani plenty in the past. Same with Smith.
Temple's secondary, OTOH...wow were they made to look like fools.

Not to mention that great defensive move by the Temple staff to put #96 on Sharon. I was glad to see Omar go right back to him a second straight play after he saw the mismatch.hammb wrote:As have I.
