Omar 18 TD passes?

Post by Dayons_Den »

I credit him with one from yesterday but the write up on BGSUFalcons.com says he had two.

We both agree on the Chuck Sharon burning of Dion Byrum. But they also credit Steve Sanders with a TD catch.

Then in the stat page of BGSUfalcons.com it , in my mind, correctly gives Sanders a fumble recovery in the end zone.

It is a shame the Sharon one didn't count as he appeared to be falling in the endzone but oh well.

It should be 18td passes, right?

On the fumble recovery, Sharon is credited with a 16 yd reception, sanders is credited with a td, and Omar is credited with a TD pass. Very weird but that's what the rules say. That puts Jacobs to 19 TD's including 2 yesterday.

Maureen mentioned in her write-up in todays Blade about some obscure rule relating to a fumble going forward and beign recovered by the offensive team. The yardage is credited fromt eh line of scrimmage and that make this play a TD pass somehow.
