Myle's by a.....lot. You have a great bar area (I got turned on to snakebites there as an undergrad) very good pizza and a top notch wait staff typified by my former intern, Grace. I had them on a personal boycott last year because they were getting so slow, but they amped the ovens up a bit and now it's all good.

This thread is really a waste of time...there is no debate about Myles being not only the best pizza in BG, but possibly Ohio.
I work in Toledo and talk about it all the time. Everyone who has ventured down there to try it comes back raving about how right I was.
That said, Campus Pollyeyes' stuffed stix have some merit as well.

I love Myles Pizza. I just can't eat it if I have to get a good nights sleep. The stuff is like some kind of weird drug. I wake up in cold sweats after having it. I'm partial to Campus Polleyes. I just wish he'd fix the sign and let it rotate again.
There have been, and are still alumni events where people go to absurd lengths to get Myles though. My sophomore year, a group in L.A. had it freeze-dried and flown out. A group in New York actually paid to fly somebody to Toledo, pick up a bunch of it, and fly back with it the same day. Columbus still occasionally sends people north to drive boxes of it back, so does Cleveland.
Once you go down the Myles path, forever will it dominate your destiny.....

them being slow is a way to get you to consume two pitchers of beer before you get your pizza. I know my friends and I were victims of that many times. And after you wait that long any pizza is good, especially Myles.Flipper wrote:Myle's by a.....lot. I miss the days gone by, when we used to order pizza while waiting for the gates to open at the ice arena. Or to the back gates to sneak into the arena.

I hate to tell you this but Mark's pizza used to be Dino's, not Myles. Before Mark sold the place and it went down hill that was the place to go...the pizza was good and the atmosphere was great!!1987alum wrote:Geez, I haven't had pizza at Myles (Dino's) in a century or so. Maybe Noah & I will swing by when we're in town!
