I guess the title says it all...

the Cowboys re-signed running back Keylon Kincade to the practice squad. Kincade, who spent last year on the practice squad, began the first week of the season there until being released on Sept. 7.
To make room for Kincade on the practice squad, the Cowboys released kicker Shaun Suisham, just two days after the team's kicker, Jose Cortez went four-for-four on field goals against Philadelphia, and now stands eight-of-nine after five games.

Pat Fleming punts to Ottawa...that would be a good place for Suisham.

Pretty sure that's exactly where Shaun will end up if he heads north. After all, Ottawa should still have the rights to him since they drafted him back in 2004.
