Not much more to say. We needed to come out and prove that we can win with Omar on the sideline. We came out flat, played with no emoition till it was too late, and let special teams decide the game. Play calling was horrible on offense. We ran the same 6 plays all night. Sounded like Brandon has given up on the season. Not good.

The emotion was there, and the kids have heart.
Special teams had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the loss.
Don't be a fairweather fan. Period.

That's not what Coach said in the post-game show. He noted that the lousy kickoff that set up the return to mid field was what set up our bad field position for the last drive, and that we were hurt by Nate's lousy punt earlier. The special teams were less catastrophic than normal, but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is a stretch.

Sitting behind the 50 yard line today 3 rows back, Charles Sharon was the only player who was trying to rally the troops for a big defensive stand, and really showing any passion. I know that I've been hard on this team, but the expectations this year were enormous and today gave me all the proof I needed to see that the curtain call has been reached for the glory days of the last 4 years.

I say play the back-ups. Don't take off any of the RED SHIRTS but give the guys on the bench a chance. Why not????

I thought we should have gone for it rather than punt in that situation.

As we were walking out, I told my father that was the best special teams performance I had seen all year out of Bowling Green. His eyes grew very wide at that.

our ST has sucked all year long, why did anyone expect this game to be any different?
