Attention Positive Fans

Post by 04forheisman »

Are you still positive? Take off the orange and brown glasses and admit that this team is complete garbage. We are bad on all phases of the game, and absolutely dreadful on 2 of the 3. We are a poor borderline horribly coached football team.

Our four wins are against 4 of the worst teams in all of college football. We have yet to beat or come close to beating a decent football team.

This team sucks(this hurts to say.....thought was a promising team).

People have defended this team after all of the other losses this season, GIVE IT UP!!!! We are AWFUL. If we performed at work like this we would all be fired!!(Not such a bad idea COACH!!!)

I'm out and sick

thanks for the advice  I'll still go support them and cheer my ass off anyways. I support BG and love the school I graduated from. Some years suck, others kick ass. Regardless I will be there. In the end, it has no overall effect on my quality of life either, the good years had some extra fun and joy, the bad years let me realize, that this is a game and many many other things are vastly more important than calling a bunch of college kids garbage.

Not the kids, the individuals getting paid to perform are garbage. I love BG too, this is why it is hard to take. Time for a change

Furthermore, I won't dish out any "I told you so's" just yet, there are still some games left to be played. The only thing that I am hoping for right now is a win against Miami and Toledo.....Thats it, while I do agree that our team is pretty bad I wouldn't say that they are garbage, Temple is garbage, not BG

Its really important to have another life outside of sports. I know its hard , but its really critical that you have something else to give yourself entertainment. As much as we hate it , out teams will not always play up to expectation. This year's falcon team sure hasn't. Thats why I'm going to go home and watch a bunch of dvd's to ease the pain.

The coaching staff is garbage for this team. Temple is rotting garbage. Bg is garbage that doesn't stink too bad yet. If we finish 4-7, we are stinking rotten smelly garbage.

I will never stop being positive about this team. I will never take off my "orange glasses." We all get angry listening to the game and watching our boys loose, but they are still wearing the Brown and Orange, and for me that is all it takes. I can't expect anyone else to feel that way at this point, and I can admit that this season has been a bust, but I can't give up. And yes, it does hurt to feel that way.

Yes, this seasons has been disappointing and painful, but for me that is no reason to stop supporting our players. They are more frustrated than any of us.

My outlet is cheering for my son's CYO team. They play Sylvania St. Joes at 3:30 tomorrow. St. Joes is undefeated. St. Rose is 4-2. A win earns the kids a trip to the Toy Bowl next Saturday at the Glass Bowl. (That would keep me from having to watch us play Kent on TV, :-\ ). It's not outside of sports, but it is something to give me hope outside of Falcon football. And it is just a bunch of 11 and 12 year olds. Lot easier to not get pissed at them for missing tackles and stuff.

There's a difference between a poorly coached team and a bad team on all phases of the game. We are poorly coached...definitely unprepared for these teams the last 2 weeks. I'll stay the whole game, I'll cheer no matter how bad we are losing, but I sure as hell don't have to like what I'm cheering for.

Calling people garbage because you don't approve of the job they're doing coaching a footrball game is completely uncalled for. No one is happy with the way this season has progressed, but let's not surrender our humanity over a few qtrs of college football....
