ROTFLMAO! Too funny...h2oville rocket wrote:Just get there plenty early as seats go really fast and the people who can't get on the Kent season ticket list until someone dies try to sneak into the visitor's seat.
When I took the Freaklings to the Kent/Miami game on 9/17, all the Miami fans were on the main side (concrete, not aluminum). According to the Kent Athletic site, this is probably Sections 2-3.Dayons_Den wrote:Just curious as to what section the BG allotment of tickets are at Dix Stadium?
Ah, but here's the kicker, DD. The Kent bench is on the Student side. BG will be on the main side of the stadium. The MAC does not let the students sit behind the visiting teams' benches anymore....or so I think.Dayons_Den wrote:We are just going to buy tickets at the gate and hopefully congregate to other BG fans.
Although the aluminum side is labeled as "Students" maybe we could all sit over on that side? I presume there aren't going to be that many "Students" at the game and that way we could be behind the BG bench. Just a thought.

Sadly, I must agree, that was a good one.1987alum wrote:Now, that's comedy!rollalongFF0304 wrote:We have a kicker?Falconfreak90 wrote:Ah, but here's the kicker, DD.
I watched that one from a tent on top of the press box. If I remember, the weather was, uh, "not so fun".Schadenfreude wrote:I saw Bowling Green play there in 1994.
Was that the game when the weather started out sunny and in the 60's and the temp dropped 30 degrees in an hour? It started raining and then snowing sideways? All I know is the BG cheerleaders were sliding headfirst into a pool of water at the beginning of the game....only to be drenched and shivering as the weather turned bad.TG1996 wrote:I watched that one from a tent on top of the press box. You could smell the mud from 20 rows back.TG1996 wrote:I watched that one from a tent on top of the press box. If I remember, the weather was, uh, "not so fun".Schadenfreude wrote:I saw Bowling Green play there in 1994.
