Redd and the Eagles

With TO suspended for the rest of the season, is there any chance that the Eagles will release him and potentially bring Redd up to the active roster? I can't imagine that the Eagles would just give TO away, but having only 4 WRs on the roster is rough. Can anybody more familiar with roster moves in the NFL lend insight?

My gut feeling is that the only way Robert will be put on the active roster is if an injury occurs to one of the WR on the squad right now. The Eagles are expendable in one manner that Westbrook lines up a lot as a WR, so the best bet is an injury.
