For those of you interested in getting this season's mini-helmet, it is available for pre-order now and should be available for delivery by the end of this month according to Schutt. You can also order last season's mini-helmet at a discounted rate.

Personally, I have been putting together a MAC collection and love the helmets. When I was at school in BG, you could also buy these BG helmets at the bookstores but I don't recall the price.

A word of caution though. If you do decide to order a mini-helmet online, be prepared to pay about $8 in shippiing/handling and $2.50 in taxes.

Does anyone know what they cost in the BG area bookstores? If I can avoid the shipping charge, I may wait to buy the new helmet during Homecoming.

I got mine at the first home game for being a season ticket holder. They're pretty sweet!

You can find them cheaper on ebay. I got mine for 19.99.
