Rockets just made it 7-0...so far it's been a UT kiss-a-thon with Gradkowski. Good chance to scout that school up north for next week...I'm sure the coaches are taking notes tonight.

7-7, but I'm not really paying attention, still haven't slept much from last night, And am not used to that anymore. I have a feeling if I lay down on the couch to watch this game, I'll be a sleep before 4 downs are played

The bad news = a Toledo loss may screw us out of the 3-way tiebreaker if BG, Miami, and Akron all tie.
The good news = Toledo doesn't look so good for next week. They can't run the ball at all.

bgsufalcon... Miami can't go to the MACC. I'd rather BG than crAkron.

Looks like NIU is gonna take this one. I've only watched most of the 4th quarter, but Toledo looks like crap.

with an apparent UT loss, what does that do to the West picture? Are we both playing for our divisional championship lives on Tuesday? What a battle!

Given a Toledo loss to NIU, if we beat Toledo, is there any possible tie scenario in the MAC east that the NIU win would affect?
Or if we win out, do we win the East without question?

Well, if NIU wins tonight, that creates a 3-way tie at the top of the MAC West between NIU, Toledo, and Western Michigan at 5-2. Then the scenarios look like this...
Northern Illinois wins the MAC West with a win over Western Michigan.
Toledo wins the MAC West with a win over Bowling Green and a Western Michigan win over Northern Illinois
Western Michigan wins the MAC West with a win over Northern Illinois and a Toledo loss to Bowling Green.

If we win out we win without question. If we lose nad both Miami and Akron win there is a three way tie that goes to hte third tiebreaker. I dont know who wins that/

If we win out, we win the East.
If we lose to Toledo, then that's when the NIU-UT game could have tie-breaking implications.
But-- we don't need yet another tie-breaker thread.

i believe if we beat toledo, then we clinch the macc. in order for toledo to go, niu would have to lose to western michigan... im not sure tho, i could be way off.
*edit - okay sorry i posted this before any of the above were posted... didnt mean to repeat everyone
