Nick's Picks for the mid-week MAC football games are now live on
VanDelaySports.com. This week features MAC football games on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as we wrap up the regular season with both spots in the MAC Championship game up for grabs.
Nick's recap for last week's mid-week games is also live on the VanDelay site FYI.
I am also pleased to inform you that our MAC East basketball preview will be released sometime this week with the MAC West preview coming later this week or early next week. We will continue to cover MAC basketball on
VanDelaySports.com throughout the season with Dan writing about the MAC East and Jonathon writing about the MAC West.

Man am I fired up for this game!! I hope BG plays tough and pulls it out. This is going to be one sloberknocker of a game. We had better be ready to put in 110% for 4 quarters if we want the W.
GO BG!

You can't give much more than that!
I just hope we leave it all on the field.

If the BG fans are in the game, I think we stand a great shot at winning. The fans that were at the Miami game (which I was one of) did a great job of staying in the game despite the crappy weather. If we do that again, we should beat Toledo!!

I think they set the line based on the water meter reading at the Athletic Department.

Actually, since we've got the sprinklers going, I think it should go up to 11.5 or more..

I wish I could agree with you Flipper but I can't. Terds are gonna run the ball a ton with Dawson. He's a pretty good back and Gradkowski is a tough kid as well. Terds will be fired up after they took it in the keister last week. This is gonna be a close game Our defense will be tested BIG TIME tonight.
GO BG!!!

Interesting to note that both UT-BG games under Meyer were blowouts (one for, one against); both games with Brandon at the helm were decided by eight points.
Anyway, I predict a close game here, too. Dawson is big, strong back and our defense will be tested and, in the end, be the deciding factor in this game.

They probably will run a ton. But then again, the D held Murphy to only 31yds. Murphy btw is statistically better than Dawson. (107ypg vs 100ypg through 10 games)
