Poor Frank Solich. You would think that people in his position would have a minder on constant call for car rides to and from booze ups.

must be something about "high profile" college coaches in southern ohio and OVI.

For those that don't know party plates are the festive Yellow plates that are given to Ohio drivers convicted of DUI. Used to be that you had to have like multiple offenses or something to get the plates, but now it's on the first offense.

Either way with those plates you only have work/school privileges and they can pretty much pull you over for no reason to make sure you're going to work/school.

Every time I see party plates, I feel sorry for drivers visiting from New Mexico.
