Unfortunately, it looks like it was the joke that many of us feared it would be. I, for one, stand corrected. I figured if it was that big for Congress to get involved, they would talk about the way the money is handled (err, "hoarded"). Unfortunately, that seemed like it was hardly the case. :roll:
