I REALLY want him to return. But, more than anything, I want him to make the best decision for himself.

Seems unusual to have a press conference to say your staying in school. At least for a BG guy. Good luck in the NFL Omar.

Maybe he's just really excited to let us all know that he is staying, and he has a new hair cut he wants to show off. He is the only one on the team that wears a orange and brown suit.
Do we have a crossed fingers emoticon?

I agree, it does. However, a few years ago at Virginia, UVa All-American safety Anthony Poindexter announced he was staying at a press conference that everyone thought he was going to say he was leaving. It was awesome seeing everyone in attendance applaud and cheer because it was a surprise.

Yes, Tennessee is bigger than BGSU, but Peyton Manning held a press conference to announce that he was staying.

I read it as Omar is going to inform the university tomorrow of his decision, and the university has scheduled the press conference in advance to inform the public of Omar's decision.
I think he's leaving, but not because there is a press conference scheduled. I really thought he was going to wait for Young to announce officially one way or the other. Good luck either way Omar.

Wow, now I'll be nervous all day friday waiting to hear what the decision is. Come on Omar, you know you love the campus and your teammates, and I know you do not want to finish your collegiate career not winning a MAC Title and not beating Toledo!!! OJ4 has got to stay to accomplish at least one of those. If he goes, AT will do just fine and lead BG to many good things but if Omar comes back for 1 more year we have a nationally recognized QB, a potential heisman candidate, and our superstar who we all love to watch amazing play after amazing play! Stay with us Omar, Lead the Falcons as we soar to a MAC Championship!

right before christmas time, me and my roomates and my neighbors got pretty liquored up, and walked over to omar's apartment and rang his doorbell... and then his girlfriend answered, and we started singing jingle bells... and then he came to the door and was laughing at us. then when we were walking away to go back home and he was in the window looking at us and laughing, we were yelling for him to stay at BG. i'm pretty sure our drunken efforts are gonna come through on this one.
