Don't forget, P.J. will be playing in the Hula Bowl on Jan. 21 (7:00 on ESPN).

Thanks for the reminder, BGfalcons; I was just talking to a friend and said I knew PJ was to play in one of the postseason allstar games, but couldn't remember which one.

I think Gradkowski is playing in that one as well.

At least there's more college football.

Best of luck, PJ!

I hear their long snapper is going to be teaching a clinic on how to clear tall buildings with a single snap at halftime, too. As an added bonus, the punter will be teaching kids how to catch things with their face.

Gradkowski ended up declining the Hula Bowl invite to play in the East-West Shrine Game, which is also on January 21st so he couldn't do both games.

Basenaz from Northwestern is also on the East team for the East-West Shrine game. McNeil from Texas A&M, Paul Pinegar from Fresno State, and Drew Stanton from UCLA are on the West team.

I saw that and found it interesting because Basenaz is also listed on the East roster for the Las Vegas Classic ( http://www.lvaac.com/rosters ). I wonder which one he's playing in, becasue I was under the impression a player could only play in one all star game.

Also, the Gridiron Classic will not be played this year, leaving one less game for seniors. This is the same all star game that Johnathan Goddard played in last year.

I'm pretty sure you can play in multiple games. Gradkowski may be added to the Senior Bowl yet and play in two games. The Senior Bowl has not finalized their selections just yet and Bruce is rumored to be receiving an invite, but I don't think he has yet.

Originally, Bruce was going to play in both the Hula Bowl and Las Vegas All-American Classic. He opted out of both when he got the East-West Shrine game invite so that he could concentrate on that game sine the other two were just 7 days apart.

If memory serves correctly, seniors are allowed to play in up to 2 "all-star" postseason games.

in all honesty, what are they going to do to players that do play in more? who would govern this? isn't it out of the NCAA's hands and they're already considered pros when they hire an agent which I'm sure all of the participants have done already.
