Sticking it to Urban

Post by CapitalFalcon »

I didn't see this posted anywhere, so I apologize if it was posted somewhere else...I thought the columnist, Pete Kerasotis, had a great point about Urban telling his players to "do as he says, not as he does."

That's a great article. FWIW, I loved Brandon's stance and comments on Omar leaving early. It seems it was the best decision for Omar, and the staff understood that and backed him 100%.

Urbie, as great of a football coach as he is, has shown time and time again that what he says and what he does are often times at two opposite ends of the spectrum.

Urban must have done something to piss Kerasotis off. Or I am just used to reading the columnists here in Columbus where you will not read anything bad about a certain school in the area. I thought it was a good column.

Good to see a columnist make an effort and dig up some relevant information to support his position, rather than just verbally slapping someone around for the fun of it.
