BG/Temple Predictions

Post by BGSU33 »

Hopefully we get back to our winning ways. I think we'll still be feeling the effects from the NIU loss. Temple has the talent to hang with us, plus they're at home and the Owls view this as one of the few games they "could" win. Temple has a QB (Walter Washington) like Josh Harris, a RB (Tim Brown) like NIU's Garrett Wolf, a WR (Phil Goodman) like Charles Sharon and a LB (Rian Wallace) who's one of the best in the country. We'd better come to play.

I'm reserving my "official" prediction for later in the week.

Temple 23

I have no reasons...just a gut feeling. One thing I know is our boys won't be in a happy mood.

BG 41 Temple 23????

Uh, we better hope that Temple doesn't have a running game or we're screwed. I'd like to think we could blow them out but its not happening with this defense. I'm frankly surprised UT got it together and beat em' the way they did.

Temple's QB is from the Joshua Cribbs school--which has been known to give us trouble.

orangeandbrown: FWIW ... Wallace said he will be giving time to Mike McGann at QB, too. Seems WW's performance hasn't quite been up to par. Not saying that's good or bad.

The Falcons, still a little sore from friday, open a can of stomp-ass(which is more expensive than whoop-ass, about $1.25 more per can)

Temple, another BCS team(though not for long) gets a good thrashing from NW Ohio and remembers why they are getting the boot from the Big East.

If their QB is good at the play action and they have a decent RB, BG better watch out.

BG 21
Temple 10

I dont like the way our offense is playing at the moment. I have a feeling the D will be much improved over the effort we saw Friday night.
