All right, who is coming to the Temple game!

You'll find the Smith Clan at the pregame event after another flag football game. Noah will be wearing his orange J5 jersey from last year; I'll be in the Old School white jersey, #57. The wife's wardrobe is a gametime decision. So, who will we see there? [Freak: I know you'll be there in spirit!]

87,
I am pretty sure that I will be attending this game. I will be leaving friday afternoon. I will be staying with one of my friends who lives outside of philly. I sure hope we play good, but I will be happy that I am going regardless because I love the city. Not sure what I am doing besides going to the game but I know I will be drinking on South Street at some point.

I'm 99.9% sure I will be there leading the cheers again!!! I am just hoping our fans will stand up and get going this game. We seemed really dead at the NIU game.

We will not be in attendance, but I certainly hope the fans that attend are supportive of our players/team, regardless of the circumstances. It was pretty disgusting at the last game to witness the "fair weather fans"

that stood up and berrated players that they felt weren't performing at a satisfactory level. During the game, I hope they keep it to themselves and use all that energy to try to fire up the team.
GO BG!!!

"Um, he's sick. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this kid who's going with a girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious."

Cork: We'll be in the stadium at the alumni event before the game ...
McMetz: I'm hoping for a better turnout than the last BG @ Temple game. The team is better and we finally have a real alumni chapter out here.

The turnout won't matter. We can out-cheer any crowd with only 10 people or so at a Temple game

Maybe this game I will actually let the cheer leaders start the cheers though. Just look for the #11 on the jersey and my last name (part of it is my screen name so it won't be tough) and come say hi if I am there!!

"Thank you, Simone."
"No problem!".
Ferris still rocks after all these years.

Did I mention that my wife went to Temple? She earned her PhD there. We were talking about the game a few nights ago and Ruth mentioned this to Noah.
Are you going to root for Temple, then? he asked.
My wife: "I will never, ever root for Temple to win anything!"
Noah's deadpan response: That's good.

that sounds liek what I go through when I am asked who i will root for in BG/ut contests, b/c I am asked EVERYTIME, you'd think the orange body paint would be self explanitory.... but then I remember they go to toledo...
