Rob Blake...
jerseys were for sale at the BGSU bookstore about a year ago. I have been looking to purchase one but it seems both the bookstore and e-bay are out. Does anyone on this site have one of these that they want to sell?

When I went to the bookstore looking for one, they only had one Blake jersey and it was XXXL and VERY expensive.
I actually just received this jersey as an early valentines day present. They're only $47.95 from the Student Book Exchange:

I don't think the interest was there to order any more. Maybe you could try e-mailing or calling the bookstore and see if they plan on getting any in? It might even possible to special order one.

I was able to pick up the very same Rob Blake jersey available for sale in the Bookstore for nearly $200 at a great price of $70 on eBay.
And it was even my size, no XXXXL crap.
I am very very happy with it and it is now one of favorite prized BG possesions(see my BG jerseys in my signature file)- everything is sewn on very high quality.
I cant seem to find the sellers name, but if I come accross the name or the item on ebay again I'll let you know.

Changing the topic from jerseys to Olympics. Rob is again on the Canadian Olympic Team. I know I'm supposed to root for the good ole USA but can't help hoping Rob gets another gold.

No doubt. I'm totally there with ya! But, as far as the women go, say it with me:FindlayFalcon wrote:Changing the topic from jerseys to Olympics. Rob is again on the Canadian Olympic Team. I know I'm supposed to root for the good ole USA but can't help hoping Rob gets another gold.

We actually met a few of the members of the women's team back in Dec. They were at the same hotel that we were and their ice time was sandwiched in between ours and everyone else in the Mariucci Tournament. They played a couple of exhibition games against the Canadian women (I don't know where the Canadians were staying and practicing, but it wasn't at Mariucci).FindlayFalcon wrote:I'm with ya as far as the women go too. They were quite nice. I liked them. I liked the staff, too. Everyone knows everyone, you know?
My general feeling is this: I root for USA. But I'm never upset if Canada wins because I like so many of the Canadian players. Even ones who don't go to the Olympics. Hell, D'Arcy McConvey is from Richmond Hill, Ontario!
Rick Nash is my favorite player, but plays for Canada. There really isn't any players on USA that I really like.
