Went to the South Carolina Stingrays home opener last night against the Columbia Inferno. Alex Foster got the start at LW for the Inferno. Stingrays won it 5-4 in overtime. Foster scored a very nice goal in the second period. The Stingrays took a 3-2 lead and the following face off was won by the Stingrays and knocked back to their right defenseman. Foster, playing on the left wing for the attacking Inferno, pressured the d-man and forced a stickhandling error. Foster took the puck and sent a nice wrist shot past the Stingrays netminder (to the goalie's left, Foster's right) to tie the game back up at 3 just 8 seconds from the face off.
